Choose Your Itinerary

Four options to choose from — select Omaha Beach or Utah Beach, morning or afternoon.

Omaha Beach Tour

This tour focuses on the Omaha sector: Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, and the American Cemetery.

1

Pointe du Hoc

It was the task of US Army Rangers to assault the German coastal artillery position atop 100ft high cliffs. This site has been preserved as a battlefield — explore the many German bunkers, see hundreds of bomb craters, and stand at the edge of the cliffs the Rangers scaled.

2

Omaha Beach

Omaha Beach was depicted in the opening scenes of Saving Private Ryan — the site of the heaviest Allied casualties on D-Day. Hear about the units involved, learn how many things went wrong here, but also how initiative, determination and leadership resulted in success.

3

Normandy American Cemetery

The final resting place of 9,387 American servicemen and women from the Normandy campaign, located on the high ground overlooking the eastern side of Omaha Beach. It covers 172.5 acres and is maintained by the American Battle Monuments Commission.

Utah Beach Tour

This tour covers the Utah sector: Sainte-Mère-Église, Utah Beach, and Carentan.

1

Sainte-Mère-Église

The first town in France to be liberated by American troops in WW2. This strategic crossroads town was captured by the "All American" 82nd Airborne Division early on the morning of June 6th. Hear the stories of the men involved, including John Steele who famously got caught on the church steeple.

2

Utah Beach

Of the two American sectors on D-Day, Utah Beach was the most successful. Hear about the various factors that contributed to the American success, and see monuments dedicated to the units involved in the landings on 6 June, as well as preserved German bunkers.

3

Carentan

Following the road that passed through the landing zones of the "Screaming Eagles" of the 101st Airborne Division, whose main objective was Carentan. Walk in the footsteps of Band of Brothers.

Private Tour Booking Form

Before you use the form below to inquire after a private guided tour, please understand that there is an important reason behind my company name. It is the coalition of many nations, united and allied, who fought against fascism, for democracy, for freedom of speech and to set the people of Europe free from the nazi regime. If you support that kind of regime, or wannabe-regime, then please do NOT get in touch. Trumpers and MAGAts are not welcome on my tours.
